Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Bonza Blanks and Creations is unable to provide any returns or exchanges for products once they have left our Wyndham Vale site. The only exception to this is for situations covered under Consumer Guidelines where the product is sent damaged, faulty, or not as described. In the unforeseen instance that this has occurred, you must email us within 48 hours with picture proof of your damaged order, including any packaging so that we can ascertain the issue. After this time, we cannot be responsible for any fault or damaged item.
If you so wish to cancel your order, this can only occur if your order has not yet been shipped and it is agreed upon under the discretion of Bonza Blanks and Creations. Please advise us by email immediately if you need to cancel an order. Should your request be granted, please be advised that a 10% cancellation fee will need to apply to cover administration and bank fees. The balance of the refund will be returned to your nominated bank account within 30 days.
In the case of custom orders, once your order has been designed and produced, no cancellation or refunds will be available regardless of if it has yet been shipped.
Materials
Every precaution will be taken to ensure that the materials offered by Bonza Blanks and Creations are of a high standard, previously tested for the suitability of its intended use and of minimal environmental impact.
Variations will occur in natural materials and manufactured materials such as Mdf, acrylics and hardboard. Without prior agreement, it is not our responsibility to pre-check material thickness or other parameters. We will take the manufacturers specification details in good faith and use these materials in the accepted way.
Protective covering is provided as standard on our acrylic products and will be added if appropriate to other materials. Without prior written agreement, it is the client’s responsibility to remove any protective coverings, as these will protect the products during transport and help it to arrive in the best condition possible.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s monitor or mobile display screen of any colour will be accurate. We are unable to offer any refund or returns for display inaccuracy’s that are out of our control.
Gallery section
From time to time, we ask artists to share with us images of their art pieces, made using our blank products they have purchased. These images are for the purpose of sharing on our gallery page, for fellow artist to perhaps gain some inspiration from. If you agree to allow us to share any art images, we will require written agreement by the owner of the art, giving us permission to do so and agreeing to indemnify us from liability of any copyright infringements.
