At Bonza Blanks and Creations, we strive to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear, and transparent. Read on to see all our policies below. If you cannot find the exact information you are looking for, please do not hesitate in contacting us and we will do our best to help you.

SHIPPING

All orders are sent via Sendle. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

We ship only on business days Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, unfortunately it is out of our control and in the hands of the courier should there be any delays in receiving your order.

(Local pickup is welcomed and available from our Wyndham Vale location. Kindly get in touch with us to arrange a time to suit) 

Please note:

We take extra care to package our orders for a safe journey to you, but in the unforeseen event that your order is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can work with you to help you file a claim with Sendle if necessary.

If your order is lost in transit due to the wrong address being provided and the parcel is returned to sender, you will be charged the applicable return to sender fee plus new delivery charge to resend your parcel.
